No Ordinary Bean

Sunday, October 23, 2005

Over the past couple of years, I've become hopelessly hooked on fine coffee beans. I blame this almost entirely on my good friend Dave. I use to think, a bean's a bean, what's the big deal? Oh was I wrong. I recently was given some of the Starbucks exlusive Black Apron blend. Wow. That's a winner. If you're really having trouble sleeping, click on the link above and check out the process of harvesting these beans.

Now Allen you need to move to measuring the water out by ounces and the beans by teaspoons.

C-train--the only thing that will help me post more often is if somebody comes over to the house and helps me grade these math test that my students have a gift at failing.

Allen--just tried the Shirkina--hands down the best coffee I have ever tasted. Absolutely amazing. Worth the $13/half pound.
