Those of you who know me well know that I'm not exactly a movie buff. I don't really watch many movies, mostly because I have an incredibly short attention span and I get bored in about the first 10 minutes of most movies. There is a movie coming out though that I'm excited about seeing. End of the Spear retells the story of the martyrdom of Nate Saint, Jim Elliot, Peter Fleming, Roger Youderian, and Ed McCully by Waodani tribesmen in Ecuador in 1956. This has been one of the most powerful stories told and retold countless numbers of times. Most of you are familiar with the story, so I won't recap it.
Interstingly, Al Mohler points out today on his blog that one of the lead actors who plays Naint Saint is a homosexual activitist. Mohler gives some guidance to help Christians think through issues like this. You should check it out. What are your thoughts? Will this affect you seeing the movie or not?

Holy moses its Allen Cagel!!! Its Alan Munger. I know a good name when I see it and I love yours. Ok enough of that. I saw the End of the Spear recently i was greatly disapointed in it. I plan on Bloggin on it soon. I need to book mark ya! Take care God Bless!
